He has been a partner at Elzaburu (1995 &#8211; 2006), where he has been responsible for the registration, protection and defence of some of the world&#8217;s most renowned trademarks, both before the Public Authorities (SPTO and EUIPO) and before the Spanish and the EU Courts of Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">Who&#8217;s Who Legal recognises him as a \u00abGlobal Leader\u00bb in \u00abIP &#8211; Trademarks\u00bb and as a \u00abNational Leader\u00bb in \u00abTrademarks\u00bb.
